Indiana Amish Farm
Welcome!
We are pleased to announce that Amish Dining and Amish Recipe Box have merged to create one website with over one thousand Amish recipes. We don't offer all the bells and whistles other recipe websites may, but we offer a very simple to use recipe website full of Amish recipes along with information on Amish history and the Amish way of life.

I grew up in Amish country and have an admiration for the Amish people and their Amish culture. I've enjoyed many Amish home cooked meals and I'm sure you will enjoy cooking and eating from our Amish recipes on this website.

Many of these Amish recipes have been passed down from several generations of Amish women.
Many of these Amish recipes are from Amish cookbooks written by an Amish lady in Lagrange Indiana,
Mrs. Clayton (Louise) Lambright. Her husband, Clayton has a furniture shop on their farm. Clayton, along with
the other Amish craftsmen build some of the high quality solid wood furniture known to come out of Amish shops.
Please remember, the Amish people often add a pinch here or a pinch there and cook from memory and habit, making it hard to put some of these Amish recipes in writing.

Our Amish bread category holds several of the popular Amish recipes such as the Hillbilly bread recipe.
Amish Furniture  A little information about Amish furniture makers, including some pictures of their furniture.
Amish History Who are the Amish people? How did they end up in America? What is Rumspringa?
